What Our Customers Say
Sarah M.
Steven fitted our new boiler in Prestwick and we could not be happier. He turned up exactly when he said he would, got the whole job done in a day, and left the place spotless. Really friendly and explained everything clearly. Would highly recommend SC Plumbing and Heating.
David R.
We had water leaking through an extractor fan and could not work out where it was coming from. Stevie came out, did a thorough investigation, found the source and fixed it quickly. Super professional and clearly very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
Karen L.
Booked SC Plumbing and Heating to replace our old boiler in Ayr. Steven kept us updated by text the night before and on the morning, fitted a lovely new Worcester boiler and threw in the magnetic filter and flush. Tidy, honest and great value.
Tom B.
First class job from Steven and his son Blaine. New boiler installed in Troon with no fuss, dust sheets down and boot covers on, everything left clean and tidy. You can tell they take real pride in their work. Highly recommended.

What are your opening hours?
We are available seven days a week, Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 21:00. That flexibility makes it easy to arrange a visit around your day. Call or message us and we will find a time that suits you.
Do you offer free quotes?

How do you keep me updated during a job?
We communicate with every customer through text updates, the night before your appointment and again when we are on our way to your property. Once the work is finished, we follow up to make sure you are completely happy with the service you have received.
How long does a boiler installation take?
Most boiler installations are completed within a day. More involved system upgrades can take a little longer, and if that is the case we will let you know the timescale up front so you can plan around it.
How much does a new boiler cost?
A new boiler supplied and fitted typically costs between £2,500 and £4,000. The exact price depends on the boiler you choose, the size and layout of your system, and any extra work needed. We give you a clear, fixed quote after surveying your home.
What boiler brands do you install?
We are a Worcester and Vaillant accredited installer, and we also fit other quality brands such as Ideal, Glow-worm and Alpha. We will talk you through the best option for your home and budget, and explain the warranty that comes with each one.
What is included with a new boiler installation?
Every new boiler installation includes a free magnetic filter and a full chemical flush to protect your system and keep it running efficiently. We also remove and dispose of your old boiler, commission the new one, and register the manufacturer warranty on your behalf.
Do you offer a guarantee on your work?
Yes. All of our workmanship is guaranteed, and every new boiler comes with a manufacturer warranty, which can be up to 10 years depending on the brand and model. We explain the warranty terms clearly before any work begins.
Do you remove the old boiler?
Yes. Removing and safely disposing of your old boiler is included as part of the installation. We handle everything, disconnecting the old unit, taking it away, and leaving the area clean and tidy, so there is nothing for you to arrange separately.
